Welcome to Rock Around the World! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a confirmation email is received.
1.2 Payment Terms: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made 14 days before departure. We accept payments via Venmo, Check, AndroidPay, GooglePay, Paypal, & wire transfer.
1.3 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees may apply (results vary on suppliers):
- 100% if canceled more than 60 to 90 days before departure.
- 50% if canceled 31 to 45 days before departure.
- 25% if canceled 14 to 30 days before departure.
- 0% if canceled less than 14 days before departure.
2. Travel Documents
2.1 Passport and Visas: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport and any required visas. Rock Around the World is not responsible for any issues related to passport or visa requirements.
2.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Health and Safety
3.1 Medical Conditions: Travelers are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking.
3.2 Safety Guidelines: Travelers are expected to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our team and local authorities during the trip.
4. Changes and Modifications
4.1 Itinerary Changes: Rock Around the World reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
4.2 Price Changes: Prices are based on current rates and may be subject to change. Any changes in prices will be communicated to travelers before final payment.
5. Liability
5.1 Limitation of Liability: Rock Around the World is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by travelers during the trip, except where such loss or damage is caused by our gross negligence.
5.2 Third-Party Providers: We work with third-party service providers for transportation, accommodation, and activities. Rock Around the World is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Data Collection: We collect personal information for the purpose of providing travel services. This includes name, contact details, and payment information.
6.2 Data Usage: Personal information is used solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
